FY 24-019 Language Translation Earbud Bundle

Translator earbuds- offers two-way simultaneous translation by using wifi or cellular network. A person can speak non-stop, and translation will be played in the other person's ear in as little as 5 seconds. Earbuds – to include noise-reduction to filter out distracting background noise, to obtain a clear translation. Earbuds to have touch mode – one tap to force sensor to activate voice pick-up and tap again for real time translation. Earbuds are to be light and small so they can fit comfortably in an ear for long periods of time. Earbuds to include a charging case for portable charge. Language translator should be able to support 25 + languages and multiple accents. List of languages available is to be submitted with proposal. Zero translator or equivalent should be a small device that can be plugged into a charging port of a phone and work through an associated app. Translation services should be available online and offline. Provide a list of languages available offline. Plug in device shall pick up speaking when individuals are up to 3.8 feet apart. Include carrying case, earbud covers, and earbud hooks. Shipping to be included in the total.
