(1) Vendor needs to provide school psychologist service to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM.• Contract with a provider who is qualified, licensed, and certified to deliver long–term services.• Perform service in accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2004.• Complete all service within the designated State and Federal timelines to satisfy legal obligations and ensure regulatory compliance.• Shall perform all special education services in accordance with state and federal law.• Provide comprehensive Intellectual Evaluations as designated by Special Education Coordinator and School Supervisor• Assist with behavioral evaluations of at–risk and Special Education students• Provide crisis counseling services and administer assessments for the special education evaluation process.• Consultation with Teacher Assistance Team/problem–solving team as requested by Special Education Coordinator/School Supervisor• Provide prompt completion and delivery of evaluations (estimate 2 weeks depending on caseload)• Attend all initial eligibility meetings to review the results with parents/guardians
