(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV. – This project includes the demolition of an existing 166,400–square–foot facility and redevelopment of the site with a new 100,000–square–foot Class A office building, associated site improvements, and a supporting parking structure. The project will be delivered using the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project delivery method.– Services for this project will include construction management, building inspection services, and Independent Cost Estimate (ICE) support throughout design and construction.– This project consists of the construction of an approximately 100,000–square–foot warehouse complex incorporating both indoor and outdoor operational areas, a maintenance shop, and associated site improvements.– The project will be delivered utilizing the traditional Design–Bid–Build (Competitive Bid) delivery method. Services for this project will include construction management throughout design and construction and building inspection services support throughout construction.(2) The contract period will be for seven years. (3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 17, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 01, 2026.
