(1) Vendor needs to provide entertainment, food and beverage establishment services to design, build, finance, operate and maintain a recreational establishment including entertainment uses, food and beverage to the government authority located in Washington Parish, LA.– plan for the creation and design of the structure and grounds that will be integrated into the natural landscape of the beach and adjacent land– plan to engage the public during offseason months so the facility and area is activated all year long– plan to minimize impact to and preserve the live oak trees present on site– vision for incorporating food service, outdoor entertainment and recreation opportunities;(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on July 22,2026.
