(1) Vendor needs to provide audio and video system repair and maintenance services to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.– Performing preventive maintenance and pre–event testing tasks for audio systems, components, installing replacement components, installing additional components to remedy performance defects in existing systems.– Providing stand–by services for audio support for meetings and official events.– Video system repairs including trouble shooting of audio and video system in courthouses.– Anchor Audio BIG2–U2 Bigfoot 2 Line–Array Sound System with Bluetooth and Dual Wireless Mic Receiver and two wireless Handheld Mikes.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
