CLEANING-13558 - USA (Bryan, Texas) - Grease Traps Cleaning and Related Services - Deadline September 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide grease traps cleaning and related services to the government authority located in Bryan, TX.• The vendor shall have a pump disposal truck and the necessary equipment to provide this service.• The vendor shall remove wall grease, sludge, solids, water from grease traps and scrape the sides and bottom of grease traps until all waste material deposits are thoroughly removed.• The grease traps and surrounding areas shall be left in a clean and sanitary condition• The large grease traps shall be jetted after pumped as part of the cleanup.• The vendor is responsible for all waste generated by their work on the property.• Vent Hood Cleaning: All vent hoods, grease removal devices, fans, ducts and other apparatuses shall be cleaned from the filter area, including filter racks, to final point of air exit, to prevent the surfaces from becoming heavily contaminated with grease or oily sludge.• Use drop cloths, shields and other protective devices to prevent damage to mechanical equipment and adjacent areas to units during cleaning.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
