(1) Vendor needs to provide administrative hearing officer services to the government authority located in Pueblo, CO.– Administrative hearing officer duties:– Preside over formal proceedings to adjudicate parole eligibility, determine conditions of release, or evaluate revocation.– Conduct comprehensive evaluations of case files, victim impact statements, institutional records, and evidentiary materials.– Apply state statutes, Administrative Regulations, and official Board policies to all adjudicative decisions.– Examine offenders, parole officers, and pertinent witnesses during proceedings.– Render formal findings of fact, recommendations, and decisions as warranted.– Conduct a thorough review of all relevant case materials prior to the scheduled hearing date.– Hearings shall be administered via teleconference or videoconference in accordance with Board scheduling procedures.– The volume of hearings conducted per week ranges from approximately 10 to 20, contingent upon caseload demands and scheduling requirements.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
