EXTRA-75868 - USA (Jefferson, Missouri) - Provider Review and Reporting Services - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide provider review and reporting services to the government authority located in Jefferson, MO.– Establish and maintain current and archived individual, employee, independent contractor, vendor, and Contractor files in a secure and confidential manner as required by federal and state rules and regulations.– Shall have a disaster recovery plan for continuity of operations and recovery of records. – In the event of a disaster, the Contractor shall perform disaster recovery for electronic and hard copy files. The Contractor must perform routine testing and updating of the Contractor’s disaster recovery plan– Utilize the Division’s Electronic Platform to screen and process referrals, ensure notifications, and document findings of Due Process Reviews which shall include the following:– Receiving referral/plan and documentation of individual with limitation of rights;– Ensuring all required documentation is gathered and meets all the confidentiality requirements;– Complete Due Process Screening occurs when a submission does not include all required and the documentation cannot be forwarded to the due process committee– Entering referral information and meeting data into the Division’s Electronic Platform– Providing the committee any historical information on referrals to assigned contractor facilitator;– Ensuring that persons and entities as noted in the DD policy receive the findings of the Due Process Review from the assigned contracted facilitator;– Ensuring that a copy of the findings are provided to the provider, individual, and designated support coordinator– Developing statewide initiative to recruit community members to participate, and assign to Committees– Notifying a designated Division point of contact for Central Office referrals/reviews upon second Due Process Committee Referral with all components of due process not in place(2) The contract period will be for one year.
