CLEANING-13646 - USA (California) - Janitorial Services - Deadline September 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in CA. – Vacuum all carpets thoroughly– Empty wastebaskets and waste containers and replace liners daily, and as additionally needed.– Damp wipe all counters, furniture work surfaces, and desktops, provided they are free of work materials, including kitchenette and conference room areas.– Dust (with treated mop), spot clean and damp mop hard surface floors and all outside and inside entry floors.– Clean elevator – Clean up all spillage.– Clean all entry/exit doors and door glass, inside and outside.– Restrooms.– Clean all toilet paper, paper towel and soap dispensers.– Spot clean windows, walls, doors, door jams and area around light switches.– Clean with sanitizing disinfectant doorknobs and stairwell handrails.– Remove empty boxes, cardboard and miscellaneous material and place in appropriate containers.– Damp wipe chairs and/or benches in lobby/waiting room.– Remove staples and paper clips from carpet.– Clean sinks and counters in break rooms.– Remove cobwebs.– Clean door thresholds.– Replace all inoperative light bulbs/fluorescent tubes.– Sweep, remove trash, clean and damp mop all stairwells and stairwell landings.– Damp wipe all metal and wood window ledges.– Clean both sides of all interior/exterior window glass.– Damp wipe tops of all furniture partitions and furniture systems.– Clean and dust air vents.– Strip and wax all linoleum flooring.– Shampoo carpets (using extraction method) throughout the building, including all waiting/lobby and reception areas.– Remove cobwebs from all ceilings, doors, and corners within the building.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
