(1) Vendor needs to provide disability services navigator consultant grant administered to the government authority located in Paterson, NJ.                     – To Provide Case consultation and navigation for young/emerging adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities, their families and caregivers.– To provide case consultation and navigation for young/emerging adults (teenagers and young adults) with severe learning disabilities, Down Syndrome, Autism–Spectrum Disorder, and traumatic brain injury, and their families and/or caregivers.• Case Navigation Services (2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be one year.
