Vendor needs to provide competitive personal responsibility education program services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.• The Competitive Personal Responsibility Education Program (Competitive PREP) funds projects to educate youth and young adults on both abstinence and contraception to prevent pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV/AIDS, and promote successful transition of youth to adulthood through education on key subjects.• Implement curricula that include medically accurate and complete information and are age– and culturally appropriate.• Include activities to educate youth who are sexually active regarding responsible sexual behavior with respect to both abstinence and the use of contraception.
