Planning and Public Works On-Call General Contractor Services

The purpose of this Unit Priced Invitation to Bid is for Pierce County to secure the services of a qualified General Construction Contractor with expertise in all phases of construction as required on an as-needed basis. The work will be assigned by Pierce County by work order number, addressing scope of work, unit prices and required time of completion. Work shall be performed in accordance with national, state and local codes, and products shall be installed per the products manufacturer’s technical specifications and in accordance with recognized sound construction standards.
