(1) Vendor needs to provide technology assessment services to the government authority located in Boise, ID.– Design department–approved assessment instruments for both onsite and remote administration.– Develop a prioritization methodology for facility sequencing based on factors including but not limited to geographic region, facility type, patient volume, and known risk indicators.– Develop a department–reviewed and approved standardized technology assessment framework including but not limited to surveys, interviews, executive leadership reviews, clinical workflow reviews, etc., that assesses healthcare facilities across the following domains. required technology categories include:– Clinical technology:– Electronic health records.– Electronic medical records.– Clinical documentation systems.– Clinical decision support systems.– Telehealth platforms.– Interoperability and data exchange:– Health Information Exchange (HIE) connectivity.– Application Programming Interface (API) capabilities.– Cross–system data sharing.– Population health and analytics:– Population health platforms.– Data warehouses.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 17, 2026.
