The City of Homestead Parks, Recreation, and Open Spaces Department is seeking to retain a qualified contractor to provide materials, equipment and labor to Electrostatically Paint the chain-link fence surrounding the tennis and racquetball center at JD Redd Park. Contractor shall furnish, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, skills, tools, permitting cost, supervision as necessary for proper completion of the work and to carry out this agreement in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these specifications. (Scope of Work) Award may not be based solely on price but also timeliness of contractor to complete scope of work in accordance with the City’s schedule. This project is made possible through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding, so strict timeliness requirements apply.
