(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in El Paso, CO.– Cleaning Tasks – Custodians – All Sites / All Areas– Cleaning Tasks – Floor Technicians – All Sites / All Areas – Cleaning Tasks – Day–Porter – UCSC – Single Stream Recycle Pick–Up – Utilities Service Sites & Building– Utilities Building Floor Types & Square Footage– Approved Cleaning Products– Supplemental Conditions Exposure Control Plan– Restroom Task Checklist– Monthly & Quarterly Custodian Inspection Form– Semi–Annual & Annual Floor Technician Inspection Form– Doors, door jambs, thresholds & frames, kick plates are to be cleaned as necessary to maintain appearance.– Dust all horizontal surfaces, including but not limited to, desks (only those completely cleared), conference room and side tables, file cabinets, and bookcases.– Wood, metal, glass or plastic laminated office furniture surfaces to be wiped clean of dust, dirt and smudges; polish as needed.– Dust all counters, railings (stairwell), shelves, ledges, windowsills & frames, baseboard heaters, picture frames, exposed utility pipes, all horizontal and vertical surfaces that are free of objects.– Remove spillage, fingerprints, and smudges from doors, walls, woodwork, push plates and light switches– Spot clean office glass partitions, door glass (inside and outside) and interior windows as needed– Clean and sanitize both sides of toilet seats and clean underside of fixtures.– Clean doors, partitions and walls, with special attention to walls and partitions adjacent to urinals and lavatories.– Empty, clean and replace liners of all sanitary disposal receptacles.– Wipe clean all doors, switch plates, kick plates, handles, etc(2) A pre–proposal conferences will be held on September 3, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.
