(1) Vendor needs to provide IT and AV support services to the government authority located in Virginia. • Provide comprehensive IT and AV support before, during, and immediately following the conference.• Monitoring internet connectivity and supporting troubleshooting of participant and presenter access issues.• Managing presentation uploads and updates throughout conference. • Maintaining backup copies of all presentations and conference materials.• Inspecting, configuring, and testing equipment prior to the event.• Ensuring audiovisual equipment is functioning and available in all plenary and breakout rooms throughout the event.• Familiarizing self with and working within team file–sharing and presentation management procedures.• Operating and supporting presentation systems, projectors, screens, microphones, audio equipment, laptops, and other conference technologies.• Managing session transitions, including loading presentations, videos, and remote content as required.
