CONS-22249 - USA (Marlborough, Massachusetts) - Construction Manager at Risk Services - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Marlborough, MA.  – The construction manager will be responsible for managing activities associated with this parcel, including restoration upon completion of the project and coordination with the owner regarding operational impacts.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.   (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026.
