(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial service to the government authority located in Portland, OR. – Clean all bathrooms. – Wash and sanitize all toilet bowls, urinals and sinks including the basins and seats. – Clean the bathroom mirrors and floors.– Mop front entrance exterior at the start and end of each day.– Clean the glass on the front entrance doors and windows.– Clean, mop, dust south stairwell, sanitize stairwell railings. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2026. (3) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on October 19, 2026.
