(1) Vendor needs to provide conservation, preservation and maintenance services for the City's public art collection to the government authority located in Bentonville, AR.A. Conservation and Maintenance Treatments1. Perform conservation and maintenance treatments for up to nine (9) outdoor sculptures. Conservation may include repair or stabilization of materials, corrosion removal, painting or refinishing, and surface protection (e.g., coatings, anti–graffiti measures). Maintenance may include debris removal, plant matter removal, tightening loose parts, and cleaning.2. Furnish all necessary materials and supplies to complete the work. The City will make water and electrical services available with appropriate prior notificationB. Preventive Maintenance Plan1. Develop a preventive maintenance plan for up to nine (9) sculptures, informed by its materials, location, and recent treatment.2. Establish an annual or seasonal maintenance schedule.3. Recommend materials, techniques, and intervals for routine care.4. Provide training or documentation to assist City staff or contractors in implementing ongoing maintenance.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.
