(1) Vendor needs to provide community master plan service to the government authority located in Lansing, MI. – The Master Plan identifies and examines a wide range of physical issues including population, housing, land use, transportation, natural features, and community facilities and services.– Consult and cooperate with representatives of adjacent local units of government, departments of state and federal governments. – land use planning consulting firms to prepare a comprehensive update of the Community Master Plan, as defined.– Ensure that as development occurs, the most significant natural features are preserved or enhanced.– A master plan provides a solid foundation to justify future zoning decisions.– Provide specific design standards for development and redevelopment throughout the community.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 08, 2026.
