The project includes building renovations, construction enhancements, and associated site improvements designed to expand operational capacity, modernize existing infrastructure, and support the long-term operational needs of the City’s Gas and Electric Department, with a combined construction timeline estimated of up to nine months. Project is to be completed in accordance with the specifications associated with this solicitation.
