(1) Vendor needs to provide drug court recovery supportive housing project service to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.                       – For planning, managing, and monitoring resources, programs, and policies within the larger Medicaid fee–for–service system, as well as services.– Provides stable, recovery–oriented housing for court–involved individuals. – The program reduces barriers to treatment engagement, promotes compliance with court requirements, and minimizes risks associated with homelessness and housing instability. Services are delivered in accordance with recovery principles that emphasize dignity, choice, self–determination, and multiple pathways to sustained recovery.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on July 15, 2026.
