TRANSPORT-11438 - USA (Miami Lakes, Florida) - On-Demand Transportation Services - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide on–demand transportation services to the government authority located in Miami Lakes, FL. – Provide continuous operating an on–demand transportation program designed to improve mobility for residents, employees and visitors while supporting the agency’s transportation sustainability and quality–of–life goals.  – Operate agency–wide, connecting residential neighborhoods with commercial districts, parks, civic facilities, and other key destinations throughout the agency.– Provide a complete turnkey on–demand transportation service including vehicles, drivers, dispatch and routing technology, customer service support, fleet maintenance, operations management, marketing and outreach and ridership reporting and analytics.– Provide a minimum fleet of four (4) vehicles, including at least one (1) ADA accessible vehicle for a minimum of 6 months to evaluate service needs with the ability to expand service based on demand and performance.– Operate as an on–demand transportation system, providing point–to–point service within the defined service area.• Technology platform requirements:– Provide a demand–responsive mobility platform capable of supporting real–time ride requests, dispatching, and data analytics.– The platform must include automated scheduling and dispatching capabilities.– Riders requesting service through the mobile application shall receive an estimated time of arrival (ETA) based on vehicle availability.– The platform must provide real–time vehicle tracking using GPS and support dynamic routing and shared ride matching.– Provide dashboard access for agency staff to monitor service performance, vehicle locations, ridership trends, operational analytics, and rider feedback.– Provide live customer service support during operating hours.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) Non–mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on July 14, 2026.
