(1) Vendor needs to provide drug, alcohol, and counselling services to the government authority located in Stroudsburg, PA.– Provide comprehensive substance use and behavioral health services including, but not limited to:– Treatment services:– Individual counselling.– Group therapy (CBT, trauma–informed care).– Relapse prevention programming.– Specialized programming:– Gender–responsive programming.– Trauma–informed services.– Crisis intervention:– Substance–related crisis response.– Emergency clinical support.– Staffing requirements:– Licensed clinical social workers.– Licensed professional counsellors.– Certified advanced alcohol and drug counsellors.– All clinical staff must maintain active state licensure.– Background checks and facility clearances required.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
