(1) Vendor needs to provide long–range recreation planning services to the government authority located in Utah.– Provide a framework for guiding and prioritizing investments in recreational infrastructure and planning services.– Adapt planning methodologies for local needs.– Develop a long–range recreation planning strategy for the northern region.– Support sustainable development and maintenance of recreational resources.– Inventorying of existing outdoor recreation business, guides, and outfitters.– Public and stakeholder engagement through interviews, surveys, site visits, and focus groups.– Perform GIS analysis and identify and provide updates in spatial data for recreation asset database.– Conducting online and physical surveys.– Synthesizing data from various sources.– Creating a process for regular plan review and updates.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 14,2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
