Vendor needs to provide virtual experiential learning service to the government authority located in Eugene, OR. – Online platform for offering experiential learning modules to assist with career development, scalable to University undergraduate enrollment levels.– Learning modules could be offered for University credit or not, at the discretion of the University.– Learning modules will be at an appropriate level for undergraduate college students with no prior professional experience. Learning modules could include career management topics (e.g., resume writing, interview prep, networking, skill–building topics (e.g., professional writing, leveraging AI, presenting), as well as function/industry–specific topics (e.g., marketing, finance, grant–writing) – Learning modules include applied projects that simulate work experience and develop students’ technical skills and career competencies.– Applied projects represent a broad portfolio of organization profiles (industries, sectors, etc.). Live sessions with provider and/or organization human representatives. – Ability for enrolled students to collaborate virtually with other students or organization representatives on projects. – Guided learning support, including formative and summative assessment for students. – Support for marketing the program to University students. – record supported by evidence of success working with universities of similar profiles.
