(1) Vendor needs to provide spaceport consultant services to the government authority located in Paso Robles, CA. – Provide consulting services for the airport with the goal of achieving a launch site operator license to designate agency as a horizontal launch spaceport facility. – Environmental review and compliance– Launch site location review and hazard analysis– Airport Layout Plan update (pending completion through ongoing Airport Master Plan Process)(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 3, 2026. (3) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on June 24, 2026.
