DRA-11488 - USA (Honolulu, Hawaii) - Visitor Satisfaction and Activity Study Services - Deadline October 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide visitor satisfaction and activity study services to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI.• Data collected from each survey form sampled from the departure survey must be linked back to the respective record or departure survey record from which the name, address or email originated.• Work with agency to accommodate for any changes to the survey form distribution and data collection as needed throughout the duration of the contract. Tasks shall include, but not be limited to: testing mobile platforms, conducting intercept surveys, using emails as contacts, etc.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on September 08, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
