(1) Vendor needs to provide American sign language interpreting services.• Providing, scheduling, overseeing, and billing in a timely and professional manner, astaff of highly qualified sign language interpreters with a background working in educational settings that maintain a minimum national standard for interpreters that are qualified for the post–secondary educational level.• Providing in–person, remote and hybrid interpreting services.• Providing qualified substitute sign language interpreters should the assigned interpreter be unavailable.• There is a two (2)–hour minimum for Supplier's on–site services. Remote services will be billed based on time spent during VRI (video remote interpreting).• Language Proficiency: The interpreter pool must include proficiency in Pidgin Signed English (PSE), American Sign Language (ASL), and Conceptually Accurate Signed Language (CASL).(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.
