HAMPTON LIBRARY ( EASLEY) WING RENOVATIONS

The County is renovating the upper floor wings of the existing Hampton Memorial Library in Easley, SC. This project includes finishing the shell spaces with wallboard, mechanical and electrical systems, and associated finishes and room partitions. The project will incorporate a General Contractor (GC) responsible for bidding on and constructing the project. The Construction Document phase is complete and the final documents from this phase will be provided to all bidding General Contractors.
