(1) Vendor needs to provide sustainability for climate literacy program services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.– Climate literacy professional development services, staff training, and curriculum resources for early education centers, K–12, and adult education teachers, and staff.– Sustainability topics may include some or all of the following: climate resilience, carbon emissions reduction, building electrification, energy and waterconservation and efficiency, habitat restoration, native plant ecology, edible gardens, stormwater management, materials resources and zero waste, outdoor education, environmental justice, eco–anxiety or trauma–informed activities, and green careers.– The delivery method may include in–person, live online, and/or asynchronous professional development sessions.– K–12 Educators: Focus on foundational sustainability concepts and training to deliver specific practices and promote environmental stewardship.– Resources will detail target grade levels, media formats, and delivery methods (e.g., interactive digital modules, downloadable print–ready teacher guides/packages, or open–source web assets)(2) A pre–proposal conference had been due on October 30, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
