(1) Vendor needs to provide maternal care registered nurse consultant services to the government authority located in Mississippi.– Provide specialized clinical and operational support to the state Maternal System of Care.– Core responsibilities include participation as a designated member of Maternal Center Inspection Teams, contributing nursing expertise during on–site evaluations of maternal care facilities, and assisting with the review of compliance elements related to maternal designation standards.– Consultant will also support the development, refinement, and implementation of the Maternal Care Plan, ensuring alignment with evidence–based practices, regulatory expectations, and system–wide quality improvement goals.– Serve as a nursing consultant on maternal center site survey teams– Assist agency in developing, refining, and updating maternal plans, policies, and designation requirements– Conduct maternal chart reviews for designation, re–designation, or quality improvement purposes– Maternal Chart Review & Clinical Assessment(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.
