(1) Vendor needs to provide design and engineering services to the government authority located in Decatur, GA.• Professional engineering services to develop a detailed microgrid design for the police department and the design for the installation of a fast charger for electric vehicle charging.• Provide a microgrid system that includes solar photovoltaic (PV) generation system and battery energystorage system (BESS) and fast charger for the city’.• Professional engineering, electrical design, technical analysis, construction–document services, assist with the development of the bid documents for the micro–grid system, provide construction administration services through installation, commissioning, testing and interconnection• Conduct field investigations necessary to verify existing electrical infrastructure and site conditions.• Review facility as–built structural drawings and relevant code requirements.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 21, 2026.
