(1) Vendor needs to provide phlebotomy and courier services to the government authority located in El Paso, TX.– Phlebotomy personnel to perform clinical specimen collection in accordance with guidelines.– Services are to be provided as needed, which will result in varying monthly usage.– Verify patient identity before collection.– Accurately label all containers.– Perform venipuncture, capillary sticks, or specialty collections as requested by the ordering physician.– Store specimens as required by specific test stability protocols.– Maintain electronic or manual logs of all draws, including time of collection and any patient adverse reactions.– Service Provider shall transport specimens to laboratory immediately after draws are completed:– Must maintain strict temperature zones: ambient, refrigerated and frozen.– Must use –compliant, leak–proof containers.– Drivers must be trained in bloodborne pathogen standards and spill kit utilization.– Must maintain chain–of–custody records.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.
