ESTATE-11879 - USA (Fredericksburg, Virginia) - General Property Reassessment Services - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide general property reassessment services to the government authority located in Fredericksburg, VA.– The contractor shall assess, prepare, and enter all parcel data directly into the city’s system of record.– The contractor shall perform direct data entry to ensure system validation edits are run and calculations are preserved and shall provide the city with the original assessment data files in addition to the entered records.– The city will provide access to the computer assisted mass appraisal systems and the city GIS.– The contractor shall coordinate with the city’s information technology department concerning the geographic information system (GIS), and technology for use as assessment tools.– The contractor shall keep a record of each visit, the date, name of appraiser and persons interviewed.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on August 19, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
