Washington County is currently in the process of renovating one of our locations, West Slope library. West Slope library is located at 3678 SW 78th Avenue Portland, OR 97225. Washington County is looking at establishing a contract for drywall, texture and paint. The scope of work for this project shall include but is not limited to installing new ¼” 4’ x8’ drywall, taping, mudding, texturing and painting roughly 4484 (SF). The current walls have thin wood paneling that will remain, and the new drywall will be installed directly over it.
