(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Frankfort, KY.        – Services are required five days per week after business hours.– Disinfectant or detergent cleaners must be used for all routine cleaning.– Cleaners must not damage the surfaces to which they are applied.– Entrance/Exits/Vestibules/Visitor Areas and Parking Area    – Garbage/Dumpster– Floors/Walls– Bathrooms– Drinking Fountains/Kitchen Sinks/Breakrooms– Janitorial Closet(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on June 10, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than June 11, 2026.
