(1) Vendor needs to provide graphic design services for housing delivery action plan.– Creative Execution and Ability to deliver high–quality, innovative, and engaging content– Transform these technical outputs into a professional, visually engaging and publication–ready document suitable for a wide range of audiences.– Creativity and originality of proposed creative concepts, themes and storytelling approaches that capture the specific purpose– Design and produce a high–quality Housing Delivery Action Plan.– Present complex housing, demographic, spatial and financial information in a clear and accessible format.– Create a suite of neighbourhood–level visualisations and infographics.– Develop an Executive Summary suitable for senior decision–makers.– One social media campaign graphic.– Two design concepts for review.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
