Vendor needs to provide right–of–way review and acquisition service to the government authority located in East Wenatchee, WA.                 – The consultant will be tasked to deliver Title Reviews, Preparation and Administration, Appraisal and Appraisal Review, Acquisition, Closing, and Certification responsibilities. Current design for the project shown needs of 3 permanent acquisitions and 8 temporary construction easements.– Project work includes grading, excavation, fill, installation of a single lane roundabout, associated pedestrian facilities and other work– Title review– Preparation and administration– Appraisal and appraisal review– Acquisitions
