(1) Vendor needs to provide develop and administer licensing examination testing services to the government authority located in New Mexico.• Office of General Counsel• Life & Health Division• Consumers Services Division• Licensing Division• Compliance Division• Administrative Services Division• Property & Casualty Division– Contractor shall develop and administer licensing examinations for the Superintendent that test an applicant’s knowledge of specific areas of insurance law and practice, a licensee’s duties and responsibilities, and general competence.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026.
