(1) Vendor needs to provide drainage study update service to the government authority located in Folly Beach, SC. – Provide consulting firms for a comprehensive update to the drainage study and stormwater assessment originally published july 2020. – Project management, stakeholder engagement, and public participation– Field inventory, data gathering, and GIS system ground–truthing– Hydrologic and hydraulic (h&h) 2d model re–calibration and update– Assessment of 2020 CIP implementations and hotspot re–evaluation– 2026–2036 capital improvement plan (CIP) and cost estimating– Nature–based solutions, policy guidance, and grant funding strategies– Nature–based solutions, policy guidance, and grant funding strategies(2) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on November 12, 2026(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 19, 2026
