(1) Vendor needs to provide idea mediator service to the government authority located in Frankfort, KY. – Mediators will be compensated at a flat hourly rate of $75.00 and will receive reimbursement for authorized training expenses, travel expenses, and other approved costs associated with providing services.– the system is to resolve disputes between local education agencies and parents of students with disabilities through the use of a qualified and impartial IDEA mediator who is trained in effective mediation techniques.– The individuals with disabilities education act (IDEA) to implement an impartial mediation system.– Provide mediation services as required by the IDEA.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
