(1) Vendor needs to provide historic document digitization, archival PDF/A creation, and catalog development services at scanning resolution of 600 dpi in PDF/A file format.– Create a robust digital repository for long–term archival use.– 18 Inventory Books (unbound – approximately 300 pages each)– Inventory Books Quantity: 18, Approximate Number of Pages: 5,400– Produce high–quality, OCR–enabled PDF/A files suitable for long–term preservation– Capture descriptive metadata for each document– Create a catalog containing metadata, OCR text, and file references(2) A non–mandatory on–site visit will be held on August 24, 2026.
