(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and creative agency services.– Assist agency in the creation and execution of a multi–faceted marketing campaigns to support the tourism mission and brand awareness of agency.– Creative Services:– Development of multiple market–specific advertisements tailored to different audience segments or geographic markets– General collateral design, including one–sheets and sales materials– As–needed ad design outside of major campaign cycles– Signage and banner design– Resizing and light modification of existing campaign assets– Delivery of final, working design files for all campaign components, to support agency internal graphic design team– Campaign Production:– A minimum of two distinct creative concepts for client consideration, each with its own visual identity, tone, and typography treatment– Core messaging pillars tied to each concept– A short–form video script (approximately 30 seconds) for each concept– Photography and Video Production– Post–Production and Final Assets(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
