(1) Vendor needs to provide professional legal services to the government authority located in Chipley, FL. – Legal services to be provided includes to negotiating and drafting new legal documents; review of existing legal documents, interpretations and guidance on existing legal documents; assistance to staff in the drafting and review of legal documents; explaining legal documents to the Board and responding to questions; negotiating revisions to existing legal documents and drafting such amendments, and any and all other legal matters and services related to the drafting, review, enforcement, legality, approval, revisions, terminations, actions against contractors for default or breach, etc.– Interpretation, research, guidance and representation in all matters related to compliance with federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and policy.– Provide legal guidance to the board and board members regarding board and business as applicable and appropriate.– Coordinate with external counsel, including FACT attorneys, on matters as needed.– General tort liability guidance and representation. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 01, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
