CONS-21604 - USA (Oceanside, California) - Construction Management and Inspection Services - Deadline July 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management and inspection services to the government authority located in Oceanside, CA.– Rehabilitation of approximately 7,000 LF of existing AC and DIP recycled watermain in the ROW, via pressure CIPP lining.– Traffic Control.– Coordinating installation of swivel ell connection and switch to potable water for the Goat Hill Golf Course during the recycled watermain outage.– Hand watering of the landscaping (by the Contractor) during the recycled watermain outage.– Replacement of surface and landscape improvements, including hardscape, concrete sidewalk panels, curb and gutter, etc.– AC and concrete paving.– Public Outreach.– Labor compliance.– Environmental, cultural, archaeological monitoring.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026.(3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on June 17, 2026.
