(1) Vendor needs to provide UPS mailer envelopes service to the government authority located in .– Provide the printing and inside delivery of ASA–72A/ASA–72B Mailer Envelope– Contractor shall be responsible for all typesetting, paste–up, layout.– Typefaces will be chosen from contractor’s available inventory.– Mailers must be Lotto–Pro 5 or equal, (plain non–glossy matte finish).– Thickness shall be no less than 5 mil. Tri extruded polyethylene film with side seal & tamper evident adhesive on flap with paper or BOPP release tape.– Envelope flap size shall be no less than 2”. Envelopes should be resistant to tearing down the side seams when flap is open.• Tough Tear Resistant Material• Tamper Evident Proof Material• Puncture Proof• Water Resistant• Strong Consistent Evident Proof Seal• Non–reopen Seal• Water Base Postage– Blue (Pantone 2738–C), one side with return address and envelope numbe(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
