(1) Vendor needs to provide professional development, speakers, consultants, trainers and related services to the government authority located in Willis, TX. – Academic Content or Enrichment: • Provide customized professional development and session materials for a variety of topics. • Including curriculum development, design, assessment creation, data analysis, differentiated instruction, interventions, accelerated learning, and enrichment.– Instructional Effectiveness:• Including lesson internalization, instructional delivery and pedagogy, classroom culture, mentoring, and coaching.– Equity Awareness and Training: • Including equity, demographics groups, cultural awareness, universal design for learning, and addressing the needs of special education, emergent bilinguals, and economically disadvantaged.– Socio–Emotional Learning:• Including social emotional learning and wellness.– Leadership Development:• Including leadership development the effective schools framework, staff management, and leader empowerment.– Performing and Visual Arts Instructional and Instructional Engagement Services:• Provide targeted instructional support, professional development, instructional engagement training and support, rehearsal hall support, and instructional engagement materials for performing and visual arts program.– Parent, Family Effectiveness Training and Professional Development:• Including parent engagement, empowerment, curriculum, home instruction, technology, college application and grant access, and supporting children with special needs.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
