EXTRA-72550 - USA (Vermont) - Dairy Promotion Council Services - Deadline September 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide dairy promotion council services to the government authority located in Vermont.– Projects may focus on increasing the public’s knowledge of dairy farming practices, dairy processing, and dairy’s positive impact to the state/region. – This may include: hands–on or virtual activities, development of educational or best practices resource guides, webinars, engagement in national research programs, and other education focused activities. – This may include: provision of workshops for training farmers in adding value–added processing to their operation; social media training; communications training; on–farm agritourism training; support for advocacy and outreach efforts; farm ambassador programs; crisis communication support; and, the development of best practices guides for farmers. – Support the enhancement of consumer engagement with dairy products, including marketing and promotion focused projects. – This may include: social media/traditional media campaigns, influencer campaigns, online sales campaigns, trade show pavilions, website development, event hosting or event attendance (on or off–farm), support for schools to purchase supplies to increase their ability to serve dairy, engagement with national promotion efforts, and product sampling activities. – This may include: development and promotion of dairy farm and food activities, dairy food focused events. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 28, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.
