(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Frankfort, KY. • Cleaning specifications and frequency schedule:– Sweep non–carpeted floors.– Clean and sanitize drinking fountains and breakroom sinks.– Wet mop restroom and breakroom floors Monday and Wednesday.– Clean entrance/exit glass, interior glass, doors and partitions.– Clean porches, steps and walkways.– Shake mats and vacuum all carpeted areas, including conference rooms.– Maintain spot–free carpets.– Clean and sanitize all restroom fixtures, mirrors, partitions, trash receptacles, dispensers, floors, walls, and door hardware.– Clean wall and vacuum floors– Dust horizontal surfaces, vents, moldings, pipes, fire extinguishers and ceiling corners.– Clean baseboards (hallways and breakroom weekly; all other areas monthly).– Damp clean restroom ceiling vents.– Clean restroom waste baskets.– Spray buff office floors.– Clean door kicks, handles, frames and push plates.– Remove insects from light fixtures (excluding large conference room fixture).(2) The contract period will be for one year.
